Your First 90 Days at a Glance
You should always be able to answer: why am I here, what am I responsible for, who do I work with, and what happens next?
- • Day 1 — welcome, setup, context, people, clarity on your role.
- • Week 1 — key introductions, product and customer walkthroughs, first objectives agreed.
- • Weeks 2–4 — your early win shipped, feedback given both ways, 30-day review.
- • Days 30–60 — increasing independence and real ownership.
- • Days 90 — full review, next objectives and ongoing development plan.
Nothing here is a test. If something is unclear, missing or different from what you expected, tell us — that feedback makes onboarding better for everyone after you.
