		Send link to Take Home Coding Task if they passed. Close out politely if they failed.
		Stay with candidate until next interviewer arrives. Go through the team’s notes based on how they performed in the task, what would they improve, do differently etc.

How to use this sheet

Fill in the owner for every section of your interview process.
Add hand-off notes so the next interviewer knows what was already covered.
Print it or save as PDF before interview days so everyone has a physical reference.
Update it as your process evolves — this is a living document.
