Hiring Priority Matrix
A simple way to decide which role to hire first. Score each role on Urgency (how soon you need them) and Impact (how critical they are to company success), then see which quadrant it lands in.
How to use this
- List every role you are considering.
- Score each role from 1–5 for Urgency and Impact.
- Review the matrix and quadrant summary to decide what to do next.
